    As you browse through Quay Wholefoods, simply hover over the item you would love to purchase, and select add to cart.
  • How do I modify the quantity of a product in my shopping cart?
    You may select the shopping cart icon on the top right of the website, Then click + to add quantity, - to reduce the quantity and x to remove the item.
  • Do I need an account to get started?
    No, you will be able to check out with a Guest Account. However, we encourage you to register an account with Quay Wholefoods to enjoy exclusive loyalty points, offers, and discounts. Registration just takes a few simple steps!
  • Where do you deliver to?
    Our delivery service covers the entire island of Singapore. For any further delivery assistance, reach us via our live chat (click icon in the bottom right corner of the screen) or WhatsApp us at +65 9677 8387. Our operating hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Sat 8.30 am - 3 pm.
  • How much do you charge for delivery?
    Deliveries are FREE for orders above $60. Orders under $60 will incur a $10 delivery charge.
  • How long does delivery takes?
    The delivery process usually takes 3-5 working days, excluding public holidays and weekends.
  • Do I need to be at home to receive the item?
    It is not necessary for you to be at home. If no one is at home, our driver may leave the parcel at your doorstep or guardhouse if the lift is not accessible.
  • Can I select the delivery date & timeslot?
    Order delivery will be done by our logistic partner, where the selection of timeslot is not available.
  • What are the available modes of payment?
    We use stripe as our only main payment gateway. Stripe covers a wide range of credit and debit cards.
  • Order Cancellation
    Once the order is processed and confirmed. We're unable to cancel your order.
  • Return & Exchange Policy
    We strive to meet all the needs of our customers. We ensure that the items we deliver to you are of the best quality. However, if you are not satisfied with the items received. If you wish to request a refund, you’re required to send us an email at online@quaywholefoods.com within 14 days of the date of purchase with the following details, 1. Order number 2. Reason for the refund 3. Attachment of receipt or proof of purchase 4. Attachment of screenshot/photo of item to be exchanged We will contact you upon receiving your request in 3-5 working days. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY The return policy is only applicable to purchase(s) from www.quaywholefoods.com In the following circumstances, you may return the products purchased, The product received is/are defective or damaged is/are allowed for refund or replacement. Product is/are different from the invoice purchased, we will provide a 1 to 1 product exchange. In this case, kindly refrain from opening the packaging. All sale and promotional-priced items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Quay Wholefoods reserves the right not to provide any returns if the conditions set forth above are not met.
